The Executive Host is responsible for developing, managing, and growing relationships with mid- to high-limit players to drive guest loyalty, satisfaction, and repeat visits. This role focuses on personalized guest experiences, revenue growth, and maintaining strong connections between valued guests and WarHorse Gaming Omaha. The Executive Host ensures full compliance with company policies, internal controls, and all applicable gaming regulations.
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Uphold and actively support the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming Omaha, LLC.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with valued guests through consistent engagement and personalized service.
Market gaming products, amenities, promotions, and special events to assigned players.
Greet casino guests and participate in social events, promotions, and VIP programs.
Track guest activity, update player history, and plan future visits.
Arrange accommodations and issue complimentaries in accordance with established guidelines.
Issue Player’s Club cards and promote loyalty programs and related offers.
Grow gaming revenue through targeted player development, networking, and telemarketing.
Maintain awareness of player rewards, credit lines, and ensure their protection.
Resolve guest concerns, complaints, and discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate special services including food, beverage, transportation, VIP events, and cross-property experiences.
Maintain a visible presence on the gaming floor and at VIP events.
Analyze activity reports and financial data to evaluate performance and adjust strategies.
Stay current on electronic gaming machines, player tracking systems, promotions, events, and competitive offerings.
Represent the Company as a spokesperson at on-property and off-property events when needed.
Attend required meetings and trainings.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
Must be 21 years of age or older.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of Host experience in a large-scale gaming operation with both Slot and Table Games.
Established player following required.
Strong understanding of player tracking systems and complimentary guidelines.

Travel is primarily local during the business day; some out-of-area and overnight travel may be required.
Due to the nature of the hospitality and entertainment industry, candidates must be flexible and able to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License
Valid Driver’s License required
This position requires the ability to work in a casino environment with exposure to secondhand smoke, moderate noise levels, and extended periods of standing and walking. The role also involves moderate mental effort, analytical thinking, time-sensitive decision-making, and frequent communication with guests and internal teams.
