Pay Rate: $21.70/hour
Shift: Day Shift
The Security Supervisor is responsible for supporting loss prevention and security operations throughout the casino complex. This role helps ensure the safety and security of guests, team members, and company assets, including the casino floor and simulcast areas, while supporting compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policies.
• Enforces all applicable company policies, procedures, and regulations in a fair and consistent manner
• Assists with internal and external investigations as needed
• Supports the efficient daily operations of the Security Department on the assigned shift
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and company rules and regulations
• Identifies and helps control risks and threats to guests, team members, and company assets
• Detains individuals when probable cause exists for the purpose of contacting law enforcement and/or state gaming officials
• Controls and maintains company-wide key systems while on duty
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
• Minimum age of 19 years old
• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of related security experience
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated supervisory and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Prior casino or resort security experience preferred

Due to the nature of the hospitality and entertainment industry, team members must be flexible and able to work schedules that align with business needs. This position is currently designated for Day Shift.
Travel is not required for this position.
