Pay: $7.00 per hour + tips
Schedule:
Full-Time Opening: Saturday–Wednesday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Thursday & Friday off)
Part-Time Opening: Tuesday–Thursday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
The Beverage Server is responsible for providing fast, friendly, and efficient beverage service while ensuring guest expectations are consistently exceeded. This role supports busy gaming and hospitality environments and requires exceptional customer service and professionalism.
Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly beverage service.
Accurately enter all beverage orders into the POS system.
Follow all federal, state, local, and company liquor laws, rules, and internal controls.
Comply with S.M.A.R.T. or T.I.P.S. alcohol service training standards.
Prepare drink garnishes and set-ups according to specifications.
Retrieve and transport used glasses to designated areas.
Balance and maintain server bank when applicable.
Attend required meetings and training sessions.
Maintain positive guest and team member relations.
Uphold a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Must be 19 years or older.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Ability to operate mobile devices, tablets, and touchscreen technology.
Experience with smartphone/tablet applications strongly preferred.
Strong commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct.

Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality and entertainment industry, team members may be required to work varying schedules based on business needs.
Alcohol Service: ServSafe, TIPS, or S.M.A.R.T. certification required.
Gaming License: Must be able to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.
This position is responsible for serving alcoholic beverages.
No travel required.
