Blue Sky Dynamic Group is the Government Services Division of Ho-Chunk, Inc., offering comprehensive operations and maintenance services to federal, state, local, and Tribal clients. The General Clerk III performs advanced administrative and clerical duties that support efficient office operations. This role requires specialized knowledge of administrative processes, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining records, processing documentation, managing data, supporting customer inquiries, and coordinating office activities.
Prepare, review, and process documents including reports, forms, and correspondence
Maintain accurate records, files, and databases in accordance with company policies
Enter, verify, and retrieve data with a high degree of accuracy
Compile information for reports and administrative analysis
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing helpful and timely customer service
Coordinate scheduling, including meetings, appointments, and events
Assist with internal and external communication logistics
Operate standard office equipment such as scanners, photocopiers, and fax machines
Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Perform other related duties as assigned
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
2–4 years of clerical or administrative experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
High attention to detail and accuracy
Standard office environment
Occasional lifting of materials up to 20 lbs.
Routine use of office equipment and computer systems
Full-time schedule; specific hours may vary based on business needs
