The Security Officer ensures the safety of guests, team members, and company assets while delivering exceptional customer service. Overnight Officers maintain a visible presence throughout the casino/hotel and respond quickly and professionally to all situations.
• Support and uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC.
• Safeguard the well-being of all guests and team members.
• Complete detailed incident and investigation reports in a timely manner.
• Provide outstanding customer service when interacting with guests.
• Assist with money and chip transfers on the casino floor.
• Patrol casino and hotel areas to maintain a safe, secure environment.
• Enforce policies, rules, and regulations established by WarHorse and the NRGC.
• Stand assigned posts for extended periods.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and managers regarding daily activities.
• Assist with emergencies, de-escalation, and problem resolution.
• Control access to restricted and video-lottery areas.
• Respond immediately to dispatch and backup calls.
• Maintain radio communication throughout the shift.
• Attend training sessions and required meetings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience required.
• Security experience preferred (casino experience is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Due to the nature of the hospitality and entertainment industry, candidates must be able to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
• NE Gaming License — must be able to obtain and maintain.
• CPR Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• This position does not involve selling or serving alcohol.
This position involves exposure to various noise levels, smoke, weather conditions, and requires extended walking, standing, and physical movement. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., respond quickly in emergency situations, and maintain physical balance and coordination.
