As a Marketing Coordinator at WarHorse Gaming, you’ll play a key role in creating exciting experiences for our guests. From planning and executing promotions to coordinating events and supporting casino marketing initiatives, this position offers the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and dynamic team that drives engagement and brand loyalty.
Support and execute casino promotions and events.
Ensure event areas are fully prepared, decorated, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Oversee set-up and tear-down of promotional equipment, banners, staging, and audio/visual needs.
Coordinate with operating departments to ensure smooth execution of all events.
Act as a WarHorse Gaming brand ambassador at on- and off-property events.
Assist with contest rules, release forms, digital/social media contests, and prize inventory management.
Disseminate event information to all impacted departments and ensure accurate scheduling.
Maintain compliance with marketing and promotions calendars.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Marketing team.
Must be 19+ years old.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 year of guest service experience (casino/hospitality experience preferred).
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn casino marketing software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Valid Driver’s License and ability to obtain/maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.
