Position located in Bellevue, Nebraska. Responsible for directing large corporate projects and initiatives from ideation to completion. Acts as a primary liaison between team members and vendors to complete programming on time and on budget and supports the leadership team with management of critical information and reporting, in addition to assistance with meeting goals and targets set by the business plans. Leads cross company teams to ensure complete assigned projects are running on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency, and performs general organizational responsibility for projects as defined by management. Outline the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly, conduct cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project, prepare and implement a budget based on estimates, and conduct risk assessments; report identified risks to management; and provide recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate). Responsible for addressing questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project, acting as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices. Identify and request staff and vendor resources to fulfill project commitments, handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, maintain secure files to protect confidential information, and work independently and within a team on special, non-recurring, and ongoing projects. Travel may be required during the business day. Out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected periodically. Anticipated travel up to5% of the time
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Project Management, Management Systems Engineering, or a closely related field with five (5) years of business environment experience that includes ability to utilize Gantt Charts and/ or Critical Path, managing and organizing multiple projects and department needs, and possessing business experience, knowledge and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and to effectively complete a diverse array of projects. Ability to lead a workforce in a dynamic, entrepreneurial organization, in both a team and independent environment and quickly understand business challenges and identify process-based solutions. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills and ability to deal effectively with a variety of people and situations and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, in addition to a wide degree of creativity and collaboration. Method (CPM)/Critical Path Analysis (CPA) is required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook, Power Point and Project.
