Dynamic Systems is a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc. that provides facilities management, HVAC/mechanical services, grounds maintenance, and janitorial support for federal, state, local, and Tribal government clients. Dynamic Systems works in alignment with other Ho-Chunk, Inc. government contracting divisions to provide integrated, scalable solutions nationwide.


Position Summary

Dynamic Systems is seeking a dynamic and motivated Fitness Instructor to lead group fitness classes, design personalized exercise programs, and support clients in achieving their wellness goals. The ideal candidate will bring passion, professionalism, and energy to create engaging fitness experiences while maintaining a safe and inclusive environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead group fitness classes in various formats (e.g., cardio, strength training, yoga, Pilates, and dance).

  • Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure participant safety.

  • Provide exercise modifications for different fitness levels and abilities.

  • Design and implement individualized fitness programs based on client goals and assessments.

  • Conduct fitness evaluations to establish baselines and track client progress.

  • Offer ongoing motivation, feedback, and support to participants.

  • Educate clients on the importance of nutrition, hydration, and recovery.

  • Maintain a clean, organized workout environment, including setup and sanitization.

  • Stay current with fitness trends, certifications, and continuing education.

  • Promote classes and programs to attract and retain clients.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payments, and client records.


Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM, ISSA, NETA, AFAA).

  • Current First Aid/BLS/AED (American Heart) or CPR/AED (Red Cross) certification.

  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, and biomechanics.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to inspire and motivate clients to achieve fitness goals.

  • Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.

  • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

  • Ability to pass a background check for access to Offutt AFB.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience teaching group fitness classes.

  • Specialized certifications (e.g., yoga or aquatic fitness).


Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.

  • Perform and demonstrate physical exercises with proper form and technique.

  • Lift and carry fitness equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

  • Bend, stretch, and reach to set up equipment and assist clients as needed.


Schedule

This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule, including mornings, mid-days, evenings, and weekends.
