SUMMARY
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Operational and Program Support Services contract, ensuring timely and quality performance in alignment with the Department of Commerce’s requirements. This position ensures compliance, coordination of resources, and provides strategic oversight for staff augmentation support across various bureaus and functional areas.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
Yes, responsible for oversight of project and administrative staff across multiple task orders.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Office environment or hybrid setting within DOC facilities; may include remote oversight for certain roles.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Minimal physical demands; primarily desk-based tasks with routine computer and communication use.
ROLE/LOCATION SPECIFIC ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Work locations include Washington, DC and surrounding areas; some travel to regional offices may be required.
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding federal holidays.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Some travel may be required for meetings, training, and site oversight. Must adhere to federal travel regulations.
CLEARANCE/LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
Must be eligible for CAC issuance and pass DOC and Federal background checks.
