Pay Rate: $27.40/hour
The Slot Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Slot Operations department on an assigned shift. This role ensures compliance with all company policies, internal controls, and applicable federal and state regulations while delivering exceptional guest service and supporting team performance.
Essential duties and responsibilities that must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation include, but are not limited to:
Practices, supports, and upholds the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming Omaha.
Assists in developing and implementing effective strategies to deliver exceptional guest service within Slot Operations.
Pays and/or verifies jackpots over designated amounts in accordance with property Internal Controls.
Creates and manages daily and weekly team schedules.
Ensures proper application of federal currency transaction reporting requirements.
Provides courteous, professional, and timely service to guests, including resolving concerns with empathy, ownership, and follow-through.
Maintains strict security and accountability of keys, radios, handheld devices, and all issued equipment.
Attends and actively participates in all required meetings and training sessions.
Reads, understands, and complies with the Company Compulsive and Problem Gambling Plan, including regulations related to minors and intoxicated guests.
Maintains flexibility to work varying schedules based on business needs.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities
Must be 21 years of age or older.
High school diploma or GED required; relevant experience may be considered.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a guest service or customer-focused role within a high-volume, complex casino or resort environment preferred.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with slot systems strongly preferred.
Technical understanding of a wide range of slot machines and systems with the ability to train others.
Comfortable using mobile devices, touch-screen technology, smartphones, and tablet applications.
Ability to learn and utilize player tracking systems and complimentary guidelines consistent with industry standards.

Due to the nature of the hospitality and entertainment industry, team members must be available to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as business needs require.
Travel is not typically required for this position.

Gaming License: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Racing and Gaming Commission (NRGC) Gaming License
Other Certifications: Not required
This position involves working in a casino environment and may include exposure to secondhand smoke, extended standing and walking, loud noises, and occasional overtime. Physical, mental, communication, and sensory requirements are consistent with a supervisory role in a high-volume gaming operation.
