SUMMARY
- Co-op / Interns characteristically represent college students trying to gain related work experience while pursuing an undergraduate degree. Under direct supervision, performs various tasks and assignments for the organization's professional staff in such disciplines as Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, and Marketing.

- Responsibilities of Corporate Operations:
- Travel Program, SAM profiles/renewals, 8(a) applications/renewals, HubZone applications/renewals, corporate books, State Registrations, Evaluate Business Operations and Strategic Plan
- Engage with company leaders and board members.
- Understands the overall mission and model of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
- Rotates through corporate business divisions of responsibility and provides ideas to grow and improve the business.
- Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, and propose ideas and solutions to implement.
- Provide suggestions to management for improving internal processes.
- Learns and becomes proficient in internal standard operating processes and software systems.
- Assists in creating performance reports.
- After the program, must be able to do a final project presentation reflecting on internship experience, and any skills learned that they would apply in the future.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma Required
- Completed one full college semester working toward an undergraduate or graduate degree.
- Should be pursuing a major related to field of work.
- Preferred major focus in Business Administration

This is a seasonal position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
