Shift: 2nd shift, Sundays 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday thru Thursday, 4:00pm to 12:00am
SUMMARY
The Maintenance Mechanic performs general maintenance on all facets of facility equipment and infrastructure. They support operation, inspection, and maintenance processes of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Maintains service documentation.
- Communicates with customers, management, colleagues, and Account Lead regarding issues, project completion timelines and workload priorities.
- Performs all facility equipment repairs.
- Maintains tools, parts, equipment, and supplies in clean and safe condition.
- Acts as a resource for all partners in equipment and service maintenance.
- Candidate must be willing to work in a multi-skilled team environment.
- Flexibility to flow with the work will be required to accomplish all daily operations and maintenance tasks.
- Set up and take down furniture for meetings, training, and special events.
- Facility moves, adds, and changes within offices and other areas of the site.
- Support Audio/Visual equipment moves and set up as applicable.
- Support the following programs as needed, interior plants, artwork, holiday decorations.
- Support to mail services, material storeroom, document management, copy services, and shipping programs as needed.
- Assist Account Lead and with other support or small projects as applicable.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Person must have good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good general computer skills with knowledge of email, Internet, and Microsoft Word are a plus for this position.
- Must have the ability to lift 70 lbs.
- Ability to comply with both JLL and client-directed Policies & Procedures.
- A successful candidate must be self-motivated who can work independently or in a team.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years field experience with trade school training OR 5 years total field experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
