Summary

Completes many customer service and administrative organization tasks to promote efficient operations in the office.  

Essential Functions

  • Professionally promote All Native Solutions.
  • Assist in achieving sales growth.
  • Provide courteous Customer Service to all incoming calls.
  • Prepare quotes for current and potential clients.
  • Updating customer records in the company’s database as required.
  • Creating spreadsheets to track quotes/clients.
  • Applying payments
  • Utilizing collection efforts to keep all accounts current.
  • Monthly reporting functions

Work Environment

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a part-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

 

Travel

Travel is primarily local during the business day

 

Experience

  • Previous customer service experience required (3+ years high volume)
  • Sales experience preferred; ability to “up sell” preferred
  • Possess strong verbal and written skills
  • Superior interpersonal skills necessary to build rapport with prospective and existing customers
  • Highly motivated with the ability to set priorities; manage multiple tasks.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and possess professional, client-focused skills
  • Demonstrated ability to learn & apply technical knowledge
  • Strong Influence/Persuasion/Negotiation skills
  • Moderate technical knowledge required
  • Must be reliable and have high personal integrity
  • Proficiency with PCs, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer

 

Education

High School diploma, or equivalent, required

 

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

Maintains a valid Driver’s License and be insurable under company insurance provider/program
